Shipping policy

I work very carefully to ensure that all of my pieces are shipped with utmost care. I pack all items carefully in several layers of bubble wrap and/or honeycomb paper. 

• US Shipping: I ship USPS priority mail/first class mail depending on weight. For larger orders/wholesale orders, I may ship via UPS.

• International Shipping: I do not ship internationally.

• Duration of Shipping: When sent via priority mail you can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 business days. This may vary due to weather or unforeseen conditions that are out of my control. 

• Items damaged upon arrival

It is very painful for me when an item I've shipped arrives to you damaged. Unfortunately, breakage does happen sometimes. If your piece arrives damaged, please send me a message within 24 hours of delivery so that we can discuss getting your piece fixed ASAP.
