Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
I do not accept returns/exchanges and all sales are final. All glass art is handmade by me and, therefore, becomes one of a kind.
What if my item arrives Damaged or Broken?
I take great care in ensuring all of my items are packaged properly for travel through the mail. That being said, once the package is out of my hands, its handling is out of my control. Accidents can happen, and rarely things will break. If this happens to you please send me a message within 48 hours and we can make arrangements to get your piece fixed ASAP.
Can I cancel a Custom Order?
A lot of time and effort goes into creating a custom piece just for you, and each custom commission requires an inital deposit.
Sometimes, your custom piece is an exisiting pattern which you've only requested color changes on. If this is the case and I have not cut one piece of glass, I will happily cancel your custom order and return only 25% of your inital deposit.
Other times, your custom piece requires my design services and custom color choices. If I have not cut one piece of glass, I will happily cancel your order, but you will not recieve any portion of your inital deposit back. Deposits cover my time and materials which this type of commission requires a lot of. If I have begun working on your custom piece then a cancellation is impossible. The piece will be completed, your deposit with be kept, and the remaining balance will be due. If you refuse the finished piece, it remains my property.
